Since 2015 we have worked with new entrants and seasoned developers to help them unravel the sometimes complex path to a successful hotel development.

Our Mission

Hotels come in many shapes and sizes, sometimes unique conversions of former industrial, office or education buildings and other times new build in both urban and rural locations.

Our aim is to smooth the path to obtaining funding and planning, explaining and identifying the branding process and management options, providing design trend advise based on guest expectations and their health and safety. We provide guidance on modern and sustainable methods of construction and increasingly looking at mixed use developments when hotels are the mainstay of a regeneration or place making project.

Expertise and resources are provided by leading Professional Partners, recruited to provide advice and practical applications from experience gained on projects both in the UK and overseas.

This covers everything a new entrant or an expanding hotelier will need to ensure a successful project that combines the best of current thinking needed to provide a sustainable, hygienic, healthy and safe guest experience.
